In response to concerns raised by residents during the General Election campaign and since he was elected, Bim Afolami MP will host a public meeting on aircraft flight noise so that residents can raise their concerns with him in person.
The meeting will take place in Sandridge Village Hall (48 High Street, Sandridge, AL4 9DA) between 8pm and 10pm on Tuesday 19th September.
Bim said: “Local residents are rightly worried about flight noise, and that came across very strongly during the general election. I have arranged this public meeting so that the residents of Harpenden, Wheathampstead, Sandridge and Jersey Farm can discuss their concerns with me face to face, and so that I can explain to them what action I will be taking to address the problem.”
Please note that there will be no food and drinks served at this meeting, and that parking near the Village Hall may be tricky on the day of the meeting.
