As you may know, I have recently become a member of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute Advisory Board. Please take a look at this new report, which focuses on how to make the free-to-access advice sector more accessible to people who suffer from mental health problems.
Free and accessible debt advice is an issue that is more important than ever, with millions currently facing financial hardship and distress because of the ongoing pandemic - it is crucial that people can access debt advice in a way that meets their needs. This is especially true for people who suffer from mental health problems, who account for nearly half of those in problem debt.
