This week I raised constituent concerns over Lifetime ISAs and shared ownership with Ministerial colleagues. Shared ownership properties where the overall property value is higher than the threshold for these ISAs, but where the price being paid for the shared ownership is lower, are currently not eligible under the scheme. I have asked Ministerial colleagues to look into this.
