Charging infrastructure is one of the biggest barriers for many in purchasing an electric vehicle. That’s why it is great news that Hertfordshire will get nearly £7m of investment to roll-out more local chargepoints - I’ll be fighting to get our fair share.
Our tax-cutting Budget puts an extra £1,250 into the pocket of the average full-time earner in our constituency next year. This week I closed the Budget debate in the House of Commons on behalf of the Government.

If Councillors give development at East of Luton the go ahead, I want to make sure it has all the infrastructure we need. The developers have agreed to include a GP surgery and we had a productive discussion about wider needs on Friday.
